Draugurinn significa il fantasma in islandese ed è un riflesso di ciò che ho passato alla fine della mia adolescenza e all'inizio dell'età adulta, e cosa sono diventata ora. Il motivo per cui ho scelto un nome islandese è che mia madre viene dall'Islanda e tutti i testi dei Draugurinn sono scritti in islandese, la mia seconda lingua. ‘Minningar Úr Undirheimum’ is a dark musical and spiritual journey through the underworld, created by talented Swedish/Icelandic multi artist Dísa aka Draugurinn. The material is exclusively written and composed for the show at Skövde kulturhus on March 21st together with us and our friends in Grift. Visualize yourself, adrift in a world where an opaque veil of volcanic ash obscures the cold rays of the sun; allowing only a scant few to even graze the rock and soil of nature's surface.
